Prepare for your High School Year in Australia by meeting other exchange students, learning about Australian culture and practicing English. EF Preparation Camp is designed to help you get ready for your exchange year.
What you will learn
Become more comfortable speaking English before meeting your host family and starting school. You will:
- Meet “professionals” – former EF exchange students – to hear about their experiences and ask their advice.
- Take classes from native-speaking teachers who offer practical instruction about Australian life, culture and current events.
Things you will do
Besides meeting new friends and learning about your host country, you will take part in many fun activities that might include:
- Learning Aboriginal Australian dancing
- Walking along Sydney Harbor Bridge
- Visiting a wildlife park
- Shopping in Sydney’s hip neighborhood
