Synopsis
Leverage your total business skill set to grow a mid-tier academic institution into an international player
The Role
In this senior position you will lead the Dubai recruiting team and spearhead our mission to drive aggressive growth in markets such as: the Indian and subcontinent, the Middle East & Africa and the Eastern Europe
Your responsibilities will include overall strategic development, coordination of day-to-day sales and marketing activities, development of staff, and oversight of P&L.
This is a tremendous opportunity to develop an unconventional business, in a competitive environment, utilising strategy, sales, marketing, negotiation and team-building.
Requirements (All Candidates)
• Possess of Marketing/Business Administration/Equivalent degree, an MBA degree preferable
• 10+ years work experience in sales and marketing for a respected international company, with at least 5 years in management capacity
• Strong business acumen and commercial instincts
• Tested leadership ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and experience living in the Middle East a definite advantage
Additional information
The nature of this assignment requires international travel.
