Dil Ve Kültürel Kamp
Kick off your high school year at our exclusive Language & Culture Camp in France. You will meet other exchange students from around the world – all in the same situation as you. At camp, you also get to meet the “professionals” – the former exchange students – and ask them about their experiences. This is the perfect introduction to your year abroad.
You will also have classes where you will practice your French and learn more about your host country. Classes include everything from French language to family life, school system, geography and more in your new host country.
After classes, there are lots of activities, events and excursions to take part in. Maybe you will play sports, join a video night, try water polo, go to a disco or join one of the planned excursions? Go into the cozy town of Verneuil sur Avre or why not join the trip to one of the world’s most famous cities – Paris!
When you leave camp, you will have gained more insight into the French language, culture, customs and traditions – and made your first new friends!
Facts about the camp:
- The French Language & Culture Camp is held at L’Ecole des Roches in Verneuil sure Avre, just over 100 km from Paris.
- Camp starts August 15th 2006 and lasts for two weeks, until August 29th 2006.
- Three meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) per day are included
- One-and-a-half day excursion to Paris is included in the price, as is many of the afternoon activities. Other events are offered at a small price
- Former EF-students participate in the camp to share their experiences.
- Travel to your host family is arranged and included in the price.
